We came in at about 730 and wanted to eat in. We were told by who I assume is the manager that we can't dine in because the... lobby closes at 8. That's fine. I just wanted to make a point to say that he seems to be very rude to customers just fromstanding there and observing him talk very rudely to the drivethru customers. Also it took him a whole 15 minutes to evenacknowledge us standing there. He looked over several times and said nothing. Not very customer friendly. Read more

Stopped in yesterday (Sunday) around 4 and I was the only customer. Had around a $50 order and it was ready in less than a... minute. I should have checked everything before leaving because they forgot half of my food. The girl even forgot my bottledwaters. She literally shoved it out the drive thru window and didn?t even ask me if I needed any condiments or anything. I alsoasked her if we?re all good and is this everything here before driving away. The food we did receive wasn?t even fresh acceptfor the biscuits. Chicken was soggy and drenched in grease. Literally soaking wet. Must?ve been sitting around for quite sometime. Great chicken, good service, Forgot one of my sides but it?s fine. Maybe tell them employees that making out in front of store,... then going back to work is not a great idea. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement between a couple of the workers while we were there and they were yelling at each other... behind the counter - the whole place could hear their argument. Not exactly a friendly atmosphere. There was a young lady whowas sweeping in the dining area (not part of the argument) who seemed embarrassed that her co-workers were acting as they were,and she apologized to us. Maybe some "let's work together even if we don't like each other" training is in order! Also, men'sroom did not have a lock on the door, and the ladies' room toilet was broken.
