I'd like go say how highly disappointed I am with my visit tonight. My husband and I went in to order our good. We had our puppy... with us. We ordered and then sat at the very last table near the door even though the restaurant was completely empty. The girlsworking were lovely and said how cute our puppy was. About 10 minutes into waiting for our food, this ignorant male in thekitchen gave us a very dirty look and said "you need to get that animal out, it's not sanitary". My husband then asks "are youkicking us out? The dog is just sleeping and we're sitting near the door away from the kitchen". The ignorant male says "yeah,the dog needs to get out it's not sanitary".. next time this ignorant employee wants to address customers with an animal, he maywant to learn THE STATE LAW. We can LEGALLY bring our registered support dog into restaurant without being discriminated againstand kicked out. I'm highly disappointed in tonight's visits. I believe this ignorant male is a manager too.. you need better,more knowledgeable employees. We will not be back. Read more
$13 for a cheese steak that is bland with a stale bun I feel is robbery. Audible sighs everytime the phone rang. Girl at... register while still wearing gloves after touching my money and the gentleman's before me money picked up drink lids that werespread on the counter and placed them back in the dispenser. I had always had good takeout experiences here but on my last visit I dined in. Although I know there were online or phone... orders in the queue, the food took FOREVER to arrive. There were many staff members in the back but none seemed particularlyinterested in putting food out. Unfortunately, the fries were lukewarm and the wing bites were drowned in sauce. Literallyswimming. My guest and I used to get the Bliss sauce and it is no longer an option...please bring it back! We got a dill picklesauce which had an odd taste to it - would not recommend. Stopped by on a road trip because we had a bit more time to stop for lunch than a McDonald's run. Still fast food, but not that... fast. Delicious & large burgers, fries were great. Menu looked pretty extensive. Staff was nice and the playlist was good. Wouldabsolutely stop by again and it would be an easy contender for a regular spot if I lived nearby. Read more
