If you're a BBQ fan don't pass Wolf Creek up! My order was simple, a pulled pork BBQ sandwich and fries. This was served in a... basket and the key to proper basket management is arranging the basket contents so there's plenty of room for extra BBQ saucefor dipping the fries into. The only downside to the meal was that I ordered a small serving of their banana pudding and not thelarge size. Did I mention to make sure to order the banana pudding? We asked Wolf Creek to cater a Labor Day party for 30 people. They did a fantastic job!!! Outstanding! They advised and... explained exactly what we would need. They had it ready for us nearly on time, but we understood they had multiple cateringorders going on at the same time. They were very diligent, making sure we had everything we ordered and it was hot and fresh.Bottom line, the family loved it! We will definitely ask them to handle any future BBQ needs. Now I know why I come to Wolf Creek and not the Other BBQ place on the other side of town. The food tonight was fantastic. We... ordered the full slab of ribs, the brisket plate and, the 2 meat combo of pulled pork and ribs. Sides were home cut fries,cowboy beans, potato salad, fried pickles and the fried onions. First, the brisket was fantastic. It was tender , great smokeflavor and NO fat. It was all meat delicious. The ribs were great, nicely smoked and cooked, they were fall off the bone, I doprefer a little more pull to them but they were still delicious. The pulled pork was juicy and full of flavor. Portions weregood and I have no complaints whatsoever with all the sides, they were great. I?m always leery of carry out but they did great.Needless to say we couldn?t finish it all. I just don't know how they do it. How do they charge prices this low for such a wide variety and huge amount of food? I got a... chicken tender plate with fried mac and cheese bites and onion straws and it honest to god cost the same or less than going to afast food restaurant. Guys, I'm a fat woman. Great barbecue at a bargain price. Stopped in this place today when I was in town and was very pleasantly surprised. I had the... special which was a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and a drink for under seven dollars! The barbecue was tasty and juicy withoutbeing greasy and they had a nice tangy sauce.
