I?d give 6 stars if I could. The Friendlys in my home all closed 20 years ago. It?s always nice to be East and able to go... again. The visits have been hit or miss especially during the pandemic. This was a hit. Service and the food were awesome! The cheeseburger my first visit was very good and I could tell the cook took pride in their work. It?s always nice to see this.My second visit 2 days later was to see if the 1st trip was a fluke. It wasn?t. The second trip just for ice cream was greatalso. Staff are friendly, eager to offer suggestions and explain the menu. All we?re keeping busy in their spare timecleaning. Not going through the motions, but actually cleaning! It was impossible for me and my two young children to sit comfortably and enjoy our meals. There was little to no AC on it was... 98 outside w real feel of 103. Completely unacceptable for a family restaurant to not be thoughtful. I heard manager telling awaitress she was just being difficult when she asked if he can do something about AC because it was awfully hot for wait staff,kitchen staff and guests to deal with. Corporate needs to step in that was unethical and unprofessional on management todisregard. Read more
Lobster is back!! First i never knew they did lobster. And for someone who loves lobster rolls they did an amazing job. I had... the classic roll which was all lobster meat with celery and lettuce on a buttery roll. It was perfect size and stuffed withfresh lobster meat. Read more

Service is slightly slow, and food may take a while to come out. Otherwise, if you have time on your hands and want to go out... with a group of friends, I would recommend. Personally, I think their kids menu has a wide variety and their ice-cream is on awhole nother level. (Depending on the delivery service, in my experience, food has been cold or has been spilled when orderingdelivery, the wait time isn't the best either) Read more
There's something decadent about sitting down in the middle of the afternoon for an ice cream sundae. Great selection of flavors... and toppings, too. My friend and I really enjoyed our leisurely treat! Read more
I will never go there again. We were waiting to get ice cream for 20 minutes. There was no line in front of us but the workers... kept walking past us as if we were invisible. These 2 women didn?t acknowledge us for about 15 minutes. Unbelievable!!!!!! This place is ridiculous. And it took an additional 5 minutes to serve out one ice cream and give us our change. Read more
Great place for the kids. Staff is friendly and engaging with the kids too. Food is fast and tasty.
