Drinks are made right, but the priority is not engaging and taking care of the customers. Employees get distracted socializing... with each other. If you order on the app and select "walk-in" its very likely you'll order will end up on the drive-thru area.You then wait forever while employees converse. This has happened twice in a row for me, the 2nd time they put one drink on thepick up counter area for walk ins and the rest of the order in the drive thru spot. Read more
