Awful experience. Our server left before we even got our food and I had two young kids with me. I had to wait for close to an... hour for the check after asking multiple times and with a cranky toddler. The food was not properly prepared. My 7 year old canmake Kraft Mac and cheese better. The cheese was in clumps and not at all what I would expect from a restaurant. I asked forstrawberries for a side for the kids and one of them came with a white yogurt substance mixed in while the other was juststrawberries. Not to mention it was extremely overpriced for the food and lack of service. I felt ignored, disregarded and wasnot able to even complain because I had to wait and my son had enough at that point. Meanwhile I watched as all the tablesaround me and in other sections were being waited on. I wish I could get the $80.00 + back. We don?t have the opportunity to goout to eat as a family often because of the expense and it is sad that this was our experience in an effort to treat ourselvesand kids. Read more

The hostess (didn?t catch her name)and the waitress, Gabby, was so nice but the food was disappointing. I ordered nachos with... grilled shrimp as a replacement and the gauc seemed as if it came straight out of a jar. It was not seasoned nor did it have anypeppers or onions in it. They did not include sour cream and I received it after request. The grilled shrimp was rubbery and wasnot grilled enough. My daughter?s wonton chicken tacos came out cold. Not impressed at all! Was really impressed by this establishment. We didn't have any waiting time. And got really good service. My impossible burger... was so yummy and the rest of our food came out fast, hot and also very tasty. Read more

We had never been to this Applebee's location - it's my new favorite. The food was very good, the service was also very good -... so the real differentiator is the amount of air and space in this Applebee's! It feels brighter and more spacious than otherswe have visited! And the parking is plentiful and much of it close enough to feel like a rock star no.matter where you park! Read more
