Fox?s Pizza is my go to even though I love Pizza Huts pan buffalo chicken pizza and Domino?s lava cakes. I?ve only had a few... orders delivered that were incorrect out of hundreds of orders from Fox?s. Management was always awesome in listening and givingme a credit during those few times. We order (delivery) usually at least once a month or so. Last night I called and got a voice I?d never heard before. I asked for... the big daddy special. He wasn?t aware of such a special going on at this time but was kind enough to ?see what he could do?. SoI continued to order a big daddy with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 plain cheese, an order of plain breadsticks, 2L of Mt.Dew and achicken fry salad. I asked if I could take off the green peppers and cucumbers and add black olives and banana peppers? Heexplained that they couldn?t substitute ingredients but he could take off the 2 items I didn?t want and add the 2 I did want foran extra charge? I think that was a first I had been told that BUT I agreed politely and thanked him for doing that for me.Grand total of $35.90 (minus tip) with tax and delivery fee. Delivery was faster than it had ever been before, food was HOT andthe quality/taste of food was the best we have experienced in the whole time we have been ordering from there (2+ years). Driverwas also very friendly. Cudo?s to those working last night for making my (4)kiddos and I a delicious dinner. I may have to ordermore often lol! My kiddos raved over those breadsticks! Very disappointed that we placed an order online and it was to be delivered within 30 minutes. We ended up waiting an hour and a... half for just a pizza. You should of had the decency to let us know that it was going to be longer or gave us a discount. Read more
Terrrible service!! Even though they Close at 9:30pm they were closing when I arrived at 8:45pm. They refused to make what I... wanted to order. told me he would make me a "basic" cheese or pepperoni pizza or nothing. I asked why they were closing earlyhis response is I close whenever I run out of dough. That means the hours of operation are unreliable and there customer serviceisn't great. Very disappointed! Great service. The place was cool and comfortable. The food was delicious the Stromboli crust was flavorful and it was packed... with meat, peppers and garlic. Wings were on fire too. When I'm eating in Clarion I'm eating at this place. Read more
