Friendly staff and a fresh burger, couldn't go wrong.
Waited 15 minutes to order coffees and another 5 minutes to get condiments. Terrible service and many flys buzzing around.
I ordered an ice cream birthday cake and submitted a photo. It turned out beautiful and was very delicious.
Fast service, prices are moderate, ice cream is cold. Could use a little cleaning inside and out!
Today we made a very bad decision to have our lunch at this place. The behavior of the staff towards us was very disappointing.... The staff (a guy) who took our order (around 12:11 pm, June 5, 2022) had this look of discontent from the start. Later when theorder was ready, we asked for some ketchup, the same guy (staff) said its on the table. We then asked for some tissues, then allof a sudden, he pointed towards the table, in a condescending way, saying "ITS THERE! ITS ON THE TABLE!!" Wow! We never got sohumiliated at any restaurant before. I hope this guy felt better after showing such despicable behavior. This will be last timewe will ever enter Dairy Queen! Read more
I ordered chicken bites but the front cashier giving me chicken strips, then i complain why i got chicken strips, i order... chicken bites but the cashier she said to me,. Thats your order chicken bites. You have to listen to the costumer what they wantto order before you selected to the computer, and later on one of the staff said to me ok i we can replaced it, that?s why Idon?t replace it because i need to wait again..if there is 0 rate i will do it? Ordered and paid for a triple flamethrower combo and got a double burger that tasted like it was 3 days old. Will definitely... never spend another cent at any Dairy Queen anywhere Would give 0 stars if possible Read more
This location doesn't follow their store hours. Closing an hour early due to "bad weather" when the weather is not bad (lightly... snowing outside). The food they serve is not the best quality (cheese on burgers not melted, drinks not fully blended, friescold, etc) If you want DQ go to Nanton or Fort MacLeod, it will be better than here. Read more
