When I crave a fast food burger this is my go to place. Reason for just the 4 stars is that sometimes the wait is long due to... staffing. I also find prices a bit high for fast food. Read more

Do Not Eat Here! Go elsewhere. They generally don't care about the quality of their food and probably intentionally so. With... that said. I will know next time to just avoid this place like the plague. Read more

Advertising Full frosted Smoothies & Shakes. The new shake format is an absolute DISASTER. All ice crystals and ABSOLUTELY... TASTELESS!! I had a chocolate milk shake which was brown but zero chocolate taste. Itold staff and they could care less. AVOIDthis place. I forgot to mention the 200 to 300 flies zipping around in the building and on your food! Read more

Great lady talked about the kittens outside. Great late breakfast on a long journey to Waterton.

I got a mozza burger on my way through town to go camping and the orange sauce did not taste right. That burger WAS NOT up to... A&W standards at all. I eat there all the time as they support MS which is the MonSter I fight daily. Also could not get overthe number of flies in the restaurant ???? Read more

Friday, August 5 at 12:31 pm our drive thru experience was lovely. Nicole (who I believe was running the drive thru because... that?s the name on our receipt) was extremely kind, pleasant, patient and helpful. Food lives up to expectations of A&W, but thedrive thru experience was so good I needed to leave a review. Great job Nicole! (Or whoever it was running the drive thru at thetime noted above) Read more

There is calm under fire and there is calm under fire. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn?t help but notice that... the kitchen was on fire. The staff merrily went about their business filling orders, mopping floors, and serving customers witha smile while three of them were trying to figure out how to put out a fire in the deep fryer. Quite frankly, I have never beenmore concerned, scared, and oddly amused waiting for a fast order ever before in my life. They tried moving the deep fryer, unplugging the deep fryer, and waving at the deep fryer, but the fire would not go out. The young girl serving me at the tillcalmly informed me that I might have to wait a bit for my raspberry turnover because they were having a bit of trouble with thedeep fryer. Seeing the ever-rising column of flames, agreeing with her seemed to be the sensible thing to do. She recommendedthat I consider staying and eating my chicken sandwich and perhaps by the time I was done my turnover would be ready. Whileenjoying a meal by the firelight may have sounded tempting, I calmly suggested that she serve me an apple turnover instead ?true, this wasn?t the most heroic thing I could have done, but I was trying to be helpful in my own little way. While thereseemed to be a growing tone of anxiety in the voices of the kitchen staff, my server never lost her smile and handed me my mealwith a genuine sense of accomplishment. I, on the other hand, was never more happy to be ordering take out. As I drove offdown the highway I must confess that I did look back to see if there was a rising column of smoke on the horizon. There wasn?tso I hope everyone was ok. Read more
