I placed an online order online. Got sent to Clarendon store instead of Childress where I intended. I got charged for both... stored. Clarendon ladies were very kind when I called and they canceled it and returned money to my card. Great ladies there! Read more

Walked in after a day of travel, with a toddler. No greeting. The 2 employees we interacted with were short with us and just... went through the motions without any friendliness in their voices. It was 8:30, yes it was close to closing, and all of thechairs were on the tables. We asked if we could eat there and were told the lobby closed around 8:30. Umm, your door signeddoesn't differentiate. Maybe you should change it to 'around 8:30' to really help potential customers decide where they shoulddine. Customer service isn't what it used to be. The door was open Employee walked by us into Gas. Station next door never returned. Went after her she said she was training... someone in the back room next dope. Subway door was left wide open Im sure glad Im not the owner. Amy the Manager just says shecan't give me owners name and she's sorry she hadn't had a customer in 2 hours although there was 2 people eating while we werewaiting for her to return . we left without ordering and won't return.
