I don't know how you can put an Oreo and peanut butter Milkshake on the order screen three different ways but they managed to do... it. I finally gave in to the last way they had it up, even though I ended up paying more than what it had said on the menu. Theshake was delicious though! Read more
My favorite item is the cheddar pepper poppers. Foot long chili cheese Coney is also a great meal with tater tots or tasty... onion rings. The service at the Claremore location is always prompt and helpful. Car hop always has a smile on its face. Overall a good experience, I'll be back soon. Read more
They messed up my order and cold. For them being so busy and "orders made fresh" you would think I'd have hot food. I didn't get... my ice cream with their new fried cookie dough. I didn't even get the hold order of those either. Also the boy that brought memy order had brought me the wrong order to start with. Read more
I use to enjoy coming here, but now such poor service, you have to wait over 20min to even get your order taken, then another... 20min to receive your order. The car hops never smile, always in a poor mood, and most of them just hand over the order andnot say a word. Need better Management, and work Ethics. Read more
Ordered a steak sandwich which we used to love and onion rings. After a long wait we caught the eye of a carhop, she quickly... brought out our meal and said the screen had frozen so they didn't know the order was there. I don?t know why it?s so difficult for you people to make fresh food when asked. I?ve gotten food poisoning from here more than... any other fast food place I?ve been. But that?s going off-topic. I came today and ordered food. I asked if it could be madefresh. We were told yes. All they did was slap hot chilly and cheese on an old cony. Did you think I wouldn?t notice? This isdisgusting. Tried ordering on the app but wouldn?t work, come to find out when I got there it possibly wasn?t working because they were out... of popcorn chicken, ended up having to get chicken strips instead, wasn?t impressed with the chicken strips. They gave me acombo but I only wanted chicken, asked for 2 medium cheese sticks, got 2 small cheese sticks. I was at least able to get thedrinks half off still. Speakers they talk thru were turned up, def wasn?t expecting the blaring of someone taking my order.
