The Claremore Charlie's Chicken was out of dark meat at dinner time. They weren't even busy. I emailed the company about it,... and the manager was nice enough to contact me and tell me that I could contact her, only while I was at work but not any later.She didn't care enough to reach back out, so I figured she didn't care about my business that much. We had a large group of 12. This was our first time visiting a Charlie's chicken. I ended up with the chunk chicken, the... rchicken was good and the sauces were good. I got dressing with chitlin dressing, this wasnt very good, I had two huge pieces ofjust bread in my scoop of dressing. Not much flavor in the gravy to offset the bread. The green beans looked good but had noflavor. My Granddaughter who loves Mac& cheese, didn't even eat half of hers and she will eat anything. I doubt we go back. Read more

First time visiting this location. I loved the location in Sapulpa, eat often in Sand Springs and West Tulsa. When I drive to... Grand Lake I try to always stop in Pryor. So I'm very familiar with the amazing food quality that Charlie's is Famous for! Istopped in this location on a Thursday Afternoon and found their menu a bit confusing and unlike the other locations which i hadpreviously visited. I did not see a 3 piece "just chunks" option or a 5 piece "just chunks" option. The only chunks options werea 12 piece or a one piece. I guess you could buy 5 but i imagine that they would charge you 5 times the one piece price. Thislocation just didn't give off the friendly and inviting experience I've had at their other locations! :( Read more
