07/15/22 went to Burger King in Claremore Oklahoma to day for lunch. I ordered a Bacon King Whopper at the drive through. The... wait from beginning to end was 22 minutes. Folks, there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I received my food, I openedthe Whopper and thought wow they forgot to but the bacon on the BACON KING whopper. But, I was wrong! When opened up theburger, it had 2 pieces of bacon on it. Hugely disappointed and not because of this time. This store has continued to slidedown hill for a bit. I don't think I'll be back!!!. This was the best service with the worst food. The inside of the French toast sticks were gooey, the pancakes were like rubber... and the little tater tots were ice cold in the middle and the oil they were fried in was gross... Horrible, just stay away. No deals they have will make up for the attitude behind the counter along with the hard bread,... recooked food, and stomach pains after. If you like your burgers with 32oz of Ketchup and Mayo and topped off with a whole headof lettuce this is your place?otherwise keep driving. The fact that it was 12:45 PM and they were not busy should have been a warning sign. There was one other table occupied. I had... to try three tables before I found one that was not encrusted with junk. The floor was sticky as well. Yet the manager wasleaning on the counter on his phone and the cooks in the kitchen were carrying on conversation so loudly that you could hear andunderstand it in the dining room. Here's the thing about this BK: they are chronically understaffed. So if they are busy when you get there, your food is going to... take a while. When people get busy, they make mistakes. Expect it, give some grace, and move on with your day. One good thing Iwill say is that all of the employees are the nicest people you'll meet. Read more
