Appalled at the sheer lack of training. With 8 staff members behind the counters you?d expect the ?fast? in fast food , instead... you wait 20 minutes for your food an additional 10 for your small shake in which the staff member stuck his ungloved fingers in.Unsanitary conditions in the dining area with dried flies stuck to the tables and seats and other unknown stains. Oh my goodness. If you have not tried the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger I highly recommend you do. The Hawaiian bun was soft and... luscious, the onions were wonderfully flavored and the bacon was crispy and delicious. Edit: Some locations will grill thoseonions for you and some will not. Read more

They took away my deceased mother's favorite cheesecake then replaced it with some less New York-ey version that has only half... as much cheese and is missing the browned top. My grandmother reports she has stopped buying their salad all together becauseover the past few months the leaves have been soggy and wilted. Also the price hike in sausage biscuits is un-American! AnimalCookie and Eggnog ice creams were good and tasted exactly as described by their names. One day, I had a grilled chickensandwich that was to-die-for but I cannot remember which one I ordered. Seriously though.... go check out the increase in priceon those sausage biscuits. Order two sundaes and both were wrong. Wanted to try the new triple berry cheesecake ice cream got vanilla then the remake had... white chocolate raspberry after she told me at the window it was right. We also ordered a Black Forest and it came with nuts onit and no cherry and she tried to hand us a bowl of maricino but we needed the cherry filling. This girl needs some moretraining.
