They barely had any food. Tons of menu items were scratched out. Basically, if it wasn't chicken strips or beef and cheddar,... they didn't have it! We had to do another stop for food elsewhere since not everyone in my group wanted those items. And on topof that, the drive thru line moved very slowly. Read more
It was awful. Waited 20 mins after getting to the window they told me to pull up. The young man at the window was very rude and... hateful. After 20 mins and 10 cars behind me left the brought out my order. Food was cold. Cherry turnover was frozen. The orderwasn't even right. Below I have added a photo of a Beef and Cheddar sandwich with Red ranch Sauce. Because apparently when you ask the employees... at the Arby's in Claremore Oklahoma to put red ranch sauce on a sandwich their brains malfunction and don't do the simply taskof putting SAUCE ON A SANDWITCH. We've been their multiple times and asked for this to be done in simply terms, but they justdon't get it. Maybe they weren't taught how by a manager that just doesn't care, so hopefully they will see the picture andsave the valuable information for future reference. Read more
