5 stars is underrating this place. At first glance, appears a little biker bar-ish...looks couldn't be more deceiving. The owner... sits at your table to take your order, which immediately makes you feel like you're family. The food isoutstanding...out-freaking-standing. I live an hour and 20 minutes away and, without a doubt, will be back. Do yourself a favorand go get some BBQ from Sweetfire. Like, now. Read more

Great beer prices. The bartender will give you quarters to play billiards and just add the price to your tab. Awesome stuff.

BBQ and brisket were very good. Order at the bar. Small town bar. Nothing fancy but pleasant atmosphere with a pool table and... darts available. Read more

Best bbq in Claremont. A taste of KC in the North East. My only criticism is that there wasn't much available and we were there... at 5pm, only 2 hours after they opened. Call ahead to see what they are out of and you'll be fine. :) Read more

Went there for dinner on 6/9 and it was a very underwhelming experience. There was no brisket and no coleslaw when we went. ... Hard to call yourself a barbecue place without the essentials. As you can see in the picture, the salad had no vegetables so itis pretty hard to call it a salad. The other item in my plate was their pulled chicken except it wasn't pulled. It was justchopped chicken. Basically it was just a plate of lettuce. Absolutely do not take your kids there. As this is also a bar, your kids are likely to get an education in profanity like we did. The place was clean and the prices were reasonable. That isthe only good thing I can say about it. It's too bad because it has potential if some care was taken to improve it. Read more

My partner wanted BBQ and we don?t have many places to choose from in our area so I googled BBQ and we found this hidden gem.... I?d like to start with the Owner Mo can hang, he is a extremely personable person who can play around take a joke and tell a fewof his own. The sauces in the photos are not standard bottled sauce. Each one has been reinvented to truly fulfill it?s purposeand flavor profile. We chose the rack of ribs, wings, brisket, Mac, and a play on the Reuben. For sauces we had the spicy bbq, habanero reduction and the ghost pepper Buffalo sauce. The ribs tasted like they were rubbed in Chinese 5 spice and brown sugar. They were meaty and delicious stand alone. I tried them with the spicy BBQ it was a good pairing. I wish I had tried them withthe Korean bbq sauce. The wings were huge and the ghost pepper Buffalo didn?t disappoint. The brisket was fall apart anddelicious. My only reservation was the Reuben, I wished the slaw was vinegar based and the sauce was a ketchup based sauce andcaraway seeds would have hit the spot to get the rye flavor. That aside it?s the best bbq in area. Thanks Mo for such a greatexperience Nana loved it too. Read more

My brisket was so dry it wasn't good at all the coleslaw was good. The best part was the BBQ sauce.
