I have not been to this location for several years after a previous bad experience. Apparently I needed a reminder - Went in... today with my teen daughter and her boyfriend. The staff was in the back and once she actually cane out, instead of any greetingwhen I asked if they had sample cups, she just stated ? we aren?t doing samples.? Okay no worries. We get out yogurt (severalmachines were not working so there was a VERY limited selection) and paid for it. Staff goes back to being in the back / notat the counter. Apparently when I left and was standing outside my daughter and her boyfriend went to check the calories on thetart yogurt - during this time I was standing outside watching them and taking a call. When they went to leave the staff cameback out (yes she wasn?t actually at the front again) and said ?oh you?re not going to pay for the yogurt you just got!? Mydaughter was confused and said ?we didn?t get more yogurt?? The staff was like oh okay. I went in and once again waited for thestaff to come out at which time I asked the staff for her name as I felt this was super rude and that I would not be treated inthat manner as an adult. Good little yogurt place. They currently have a limited selection, probably 2/3 the normal amount of flavors, but I think it's... great that they're not wasting food if they're getting fewer customers. Read more
Several flavors of yogurt and multiple add ins available. Pricing is by weight . Flavors are very good. No indoor dining was... available when we visited. Small quantity of outdoor tables or take out only. Eventually, hopefully indoor tables will reopen. Read more
I Love my yogurtland. The staff is great. There is always a variety flavors and toppings. The only down side is that sometime... they take out my favorites for new flavors. Also sometime they will close 20-15mins early. Other than that they are great. Givethem a try, treat yourself... you deserve it. Read more
Yogurtland is fun to come with a group. It is self-serve and you can sample flavors before you commit to them, which is nice.... They have great toppings too - the rainbow sprinkles are on point. They measure your yogurt by weight before you pay. Theatmosphere is bright and very colorful, making it a fun place to come with kids. Read more
