Young employees lacking any kind of customer service focus. One bordered on rude when asked if a certain flavor was available.... Two employees scooping and a third preoccupied with paperwork while the line of waiting customers grew longer and longer. Thereare lots of good ice cream options. The staff are pretty nice most of the time. Sometimes they ignore you for a min. I'm a customer who most likely has questions... so I like to be greeted initially so I know their name, or that they at least acknowledge me there. I purchased a caramel apple.I appreciate them cutting it for me but they didn't have any forks. so it was messy. I was walking a dog so decided I'd like tofinish the apple later and they charged me for a box. Read more
I came here on a Sunday around 4:00pm and the place wasn?t super packed. I was able to get a junior scoop with cookies and... coffee ice cream and it was delicious. The lady that helped us was super nice and explained how many scoops we got with eachsize cup. We also got a table outside where we sat and enjoyed our ice cream and people watched. I love a local ice cream shop and this one hits the spot. They had the classic flavors and some unique ones (abba zabba,... chocolate banana). Prices are decent but the scoop was a little small (probably to my benefit). They are still not samplingwhich is a huge bummer. Read more
Oldtime ice cream parlor style establishment located in the heart of Claremont's Village. Seating is available inside and... outside. The ice cream is excellent! They also serve coffee and have an assortment of candy apples and chocolates! Will have totry the coffee next. Read more
I used to love this place. Then, when I went this week there was a girl with attitude behind the counter. She refused to give us... samples and lied to say they don?t do that anymore. I had been there a week before and they gave me samples, and my friend wenta couple days after I did and got three samples. She was very rude and it appears lied to my face to avoid doing work. I used tolove this place but the staff is changing. Customer service has gone way downhill. Read more
