My daughter is a minor child that works there. She told the manager on duty Gabby!! Her shoulder and arm hurt!!She was mocked... AND called a lazy and bad names !!The manager has not been addressed or anything done about it!! She did need medical attention. Who will the manager in danger next Another child or another co-worker!!I will give Zaxby an opportunity to address the issuebefore taking action!!!The statement was to ensure that someone notices it and does something about it!! Very small Zaxby?s location, and busy with interstate traffic on a Saturday in summer. The restrooms were APPALLING ? easily... some of the worst I?ve ever experienced, both men?s and women?s. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in months, if ever.The food was fine, and we got exactly what we ordered in a reasonable amount of time, but the tables were also dirty and I justfelt filthy even eating in the place. I always expect to overpay for what I get at Zaxby?s, but I definitely expect a betterexperience than this one. I will most definitely NEVER be visiting this location again! I?d choose just about any fast foodrestaurant before choosing a repeat of that experience. Read more

The service was very friendly and genuine Zaxbys always had great chicken tenders (probably close to the best) but today I tried... the Caribbean jerk chicken sandwich. The flavors were there and it honestly wasn't a bad sandwich I ate the whole thing but itwasn't my cup of tea for a sauce but there awesome chicken they consistently serve here made it a good sandwich and in the endthe basics are what saved them. Also sweet tea here is on point with the crushed ice!!!!! Read more
