Don?t go there for the Taiwanese Minced Pork and Rice. They raised the price, which I?m fine with, but they also decreased the... amount of Minced Pork by about half, no joke. This picture shows what I just got today. The Minced Pork used to be to the top ofthat, it is now half. I basically paid $11 for a S H I T ton of rice and old green beans. Way to go T-4. Not shining the bestlight on us Taiwanese people right now. Smh. Read more
Some drinks are great, you have to try and find your fave. I like snow globe and pearl because I like the angel pearls. Snacks... could be a hit-or-miss depends on who made it. Pop corn chicken is usually good and fresh, one time it was heavenly - withenough flavor and lots of basils, while another time it was rather bland. Still, probably the best pop corn chicken in the areaor even pdx. Read more
Pretty diverse menu from milk tea to smoothies. I got mango royal tea and snow globe milk tea, pretty decent! I highly recommend... lower the sugar level down to 75% - 50%. Mine is 50% and perfect. Popcorn chicken is crunchy and flavorful, I got a spicy level3 out of 4, and it was really spicy. Will get 2 next time Read more

I?ve been going to this T4 for years and they used to have the best drinks. Lately though, I?ve noticed that the quality is... super inconsistent (especially the milk teas). I always order the taro milk tea and sometimes it?s the best tea I?ve ever had.Unfortunately, these past few weeks it?s been really bad; it tastes like milky water with no taro flavor at all. I?m not sure ifthey changed their recipe recently or if the employees making it don?t really care, but it?s just? not good anymore. My mom hashas been having the same experience with their Thai milk tea too.\n\nI can?t give them a one star because of sentimentality buttheir milk teas are bad to be honest. I?m quite disappointed because I used to love and look forward to their tea at the end ofmy day, but not so much anymore. Looks like it?s time to find a new bubble tea place to frequent. Read more
Love going here - they have a great variety of drink options + add ins as well as some great snack food (basil popcorn chicken,... curry shrimp balls, ...).\n\nIt\'s a take out place - no tables and parking can be a challenge but definitely worth a stop. Read more
I\'ve had boba before and this is not boba. The coffee jellies are not good, there also square, something I\'m not use to. The... lids are strange. The taste is not there. Paid 12$ for something that does not taste appealing. The boba is not worth it here.The people are nice. That\'s about it. Read more
Great price, great customer service, not too long of a wait time, and it?s right next to Target!\n\nI only drink brown sugar... boba and although it?s not on their menu they kinda offer it as an amber pearl latte ? just ask them if they have brown sugarmilk tea boba and they?ll tell you what they do.\n\nI LOVED their tapioca (boba) balls! But for me the milk part comparativelyto other brown sugar boba milk teas I?ve had wasn?t all there which is why I gave it a 4.
