Back in 2000 this Red Robin was quality. We went today after not going much because the parking situation and lack of staff has... had us leave twice before due to long waits with barely any customers. Anyway we met today and service was good but the food wasterrible. Fry?s were undercooked. Bacon looked like it was microwaved. I couldn?t even eat the chicken in my salad. My sonsMacaroni and cheese looked like soup. Both kids wouldn?t eat their fry?s. They stated they were ?terrible? (they will eatanything). Take pride in food quality. Do better. Read more

Red Robin has solid food, but has some services issues due to the large crowds that you will find most days of the week. I... waited for at table to be cleaned off before I was seated on a Thursday afternoon in the bar area. A server said he would bewith me in a few minutes, which ended being over five minutes. I reviewed the menu and ordered a Simply Grilled ChickenSandwich and a Raspberry Iced Tea. The tea arrived in a few minutes and a basket of fries arrived shortly after the drink. Ittook over twenty minutes for the Chicken Sandwich to arrive, and nobody stopped by to ask if I needed refills on the tea or thefries. The Chicken Sandwich has no sauce, and the lettuce, tomato, and pickle were served on the side. The chicken has goodtaste and was not overcooked. The French Fries were a little undercooked and warm and not really hot. The parking lot isreally small and hard to find a place to park. Located on Sunnyside Road next to the Target store. Red Robin promotesbottomless drinks and all of the fries you can eat, but it takes a long time to receive your refills on your drinks andfries. Well it was my birthday so my husband took me out for my birthday lunch my choice..Great food..service was not that great but we... sat in the bar and their was only one other couple in bar and the waitress was more concerned with being on her cell phone thenserving us and the other table. We had to ask for napkins, a knife, refill on our drinks never brought us more fries but thefood was great. Read more

Went to the Clackamas Oregon location this afternoon and as you can see the drinks were horrible. The red one is supposed to be... a raspberry lemmon drop that came in a very short glass. The other was a martini, neither tasted like there was any alcohol init. When we asked the manager about these drinks, he said they can't afford martini glasses and to just guzzle them and they'llbe fine. Needless to say we walked out and never to return. Afterwards we looked at corporate reviews and they are at a 1.5. IDO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! Read more
