This place was great! The pho had lots of meat in it (I got the #3) and unexpectedly the best boba tea I've had in Portland?... Like seriously better than all the boba tea places I've had. Also I can say they definitely read these reviews and take theminto consideration because WE dropped something on the table and the server came and cleaned it up mid meal, also they gave usour food extremely quickly. This is an unassuming strip mall location, but the food is fantastic. Large portions and very tasty. Enough for lunch... tomorrow. I only gave a 4 star because the tables were a bit sticky and needed thoroughly washed, which they did when weasked. We will go back here again. I forgot to take pictures of the food. Read more
I come fairly regularly. The food portions are pretty big, I can usually get two to three meals out of it. Pho is good too but I... always add fish sauce, hoisin sauce, and lime. Service can be slow especially for to go orders. During lunch and dinner expectat least a 30 minute wait for to go to be ready so PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Read more

Overall: It turned out to be a normal Vietnamese restaurant with entrees that you can find elsewhere. The parking is of course... not easy. The lighting could be a little bit brighter. It's like trying to be moody but not balanced with the natural light. Thecost to food ratio is competitive. 4 out of 5. Service: Your typical Vietnamese restaurant service so nothing to write about. Okbut not exceptional. I'll give 4 out 5 for being very quick with the food. Food: I usually eat my Pho with steak, brisket, andtripe. The Pho was good but not memorable. I was however impressed with the sampler appetizer in my photo. It was actuallysomething that I wish more vietnamese restaurants would have on their menu. That alone would fill you up. 4 out 5. I really really REALLY love pho. This place happens to be my favorite. The P.1 is great if you like meat,(minus the soft... tendon), but if you don't like meat, they have vegetarian options aswell. If you like Thai tea, this place serves thebest. Basicly you can't go wrong if your ordering off the menu here. They have a friendly staff, clean dining rooms andbathrooms. Normally this is my go-to place! Love the noodles and salad rolls. Today was a bad day. There was a piece of metal in my... sandwich. Only found out after I took a huge bite.About the size of a toothpick (very sharp on one side). Called the restaurantand they offered to remake the sandwich, and everything is now well. Going to be more careful now when I get a sandwich fromhere! Read more
It is definitely a good place to stop by. Smells so good and BUN RIEU is the best I ever have. Would recommend.
