Sadly, this place has lost its footing on what used to be top notch customer service by the employees. On a recent trip there,... business was slow, and the employees seized the opportunity to socialize with one another while ignoring their few customers. When they called my name to pick up my order, not everything that I paid for made its way to my bag. They also just left myloaf of bread sitting on the counter, and did not say a word. I returned to retrieve it but unfortunately, some items werestill missing in my order and was not realized until I got home. This is NOT how the business was before. While their bakeryand food items are good, the subpar customer service hurts them big time. Read more
Great Harvest Offers a wide variety of yummy fresh baked breads as well as a wealth of sweets including scones, cookies and... cinnamon rolls. The salted caramel cookies are so darn good. The challah will make you Holla, and the Sunrise breakfast roll isan unexpected blend of ham, egg and potatoes wrapped in a delicious dough. Read more
I?ve been to this bakery multiple times I love their breads and their sandwiches unfortunately this last time was not a pleasant... experience. I?m currently pregnant and come here weekly and get a sandwich after my appointments, along with loaves of bread andsome treats. I asked them if they could microwave or heat the turkey for about 30 seconds so I could have the lunch meat, andthey?ve always done this today they told me that they do not do this and will not do this from now on. I placed a large sandwich order a day prior, and when I came in to pick it up, the sandwiches were neatly packaged and labeled,... and a nice gentleman walked them to my car for me. Great sandwiches and stellar service! Read more

Always an amazing experience coming to the Great Harvest Bread Co.!! The free bread samples of there freshly baked bread, the... warm welcome as you walk through the door, the aroma of heavenly baked bread filling the air, and did I mention the freesamples?? A must go when in the clackamas area. Always a fantastic lunch option. And you can ask for any bread for yoursandwich! Oh, and don?t forget to try the cookies!! ???? Read more
Great bread but staff is unfriendly. I used to work in the same complex and it was great but recently it has gone down hill.... Also no more custom sandwich?s which sucks. Read more
