Sadly, this place has lost its footing on what used to be top notch customer service by the employees. On a recent trip there,... business was slow, and the employees seized the opportunity to socialize with one another while ignoring their few customers. When they called my name to pick up my order, not everything that I paid for made its way to my bag. They also just left myloaf of bread sitting on the counter, and did not say a word. I returned to retrieve it but unfortunately, some items werestill missing in my order and was not realized until I got home. This is NOT how the business was before. While their bakeryand food items are good, the subpar customer service hurts them big time. Read more

I?ve been to this bakery multiple times I love their breads and their sandwiches unfortunately this last time was not a pleasant... experience. I?m currently pregnant and come here weekly and get a sandwich after my appointments, along with loaves of bread andsome treats. I asked them if they could microwave or heat the turkey for about 30 seconds so I could have the lunch meat, andthey?ve always done this today they told me that they do not do this and will not do this from now on.
