They have updated the Clackamas food court to a diy order kiosk like other Costco around the state. You order and pay... (electronically) Then you wait until they call your number then pick up your order. No more waiting in 2 to 3 lines to be calledup to order from a real person. Well, I guess it is okay, probably were able to cut back on employees. But now, as you siteating your pizza or hot dog there are regular human voices yelling, "Order 164! Order 164!" Holy moly. This place is fantastic. The 1.50 hot dog and soda deal is such a good value. Some fat lady threw up on my kids. The... soda machine was pretty clean and maintained. I was pleasantly full after eating the hot dog. Read more

I came in to get three pizzas I called several times and no on picked up After I went inside the food court I waited two hours... for three pizzas and very busy and not organized they keep telling me 15more minutes but that turned into 30 minutes I knowthey were all trying to get the order but there were not enough employees only 3 employees working Seriously? *Not employeesfault they were doing there best and not getting frustrated and were nice Read more

Called in an order for 2 pizzas while shopping, 40 minutes later my wife goes to pay on the kiosk. It takes her money, and she... asks for the order. She gets told to wait, already irritated about that. I call to ask how my order (which is a good 55 minutespast by now) is going, and I get told it was thrown out because it hit the hour mark. It didn?t, but whatever I explain my wifepaid for it and they say they?ll get two more right out. Fast forward 20 minutes, we realize they didn?t even bump our order up.Kids screaming all over the place, employees giving customers attitude, and I?ve got a bunch of frozen stuff thawing out in mytrunk.
