Boarded up .only one employee. This was the 4th burger king That same day that we tried to eat inside at 2 in the afternoon but... they were all closed, either boarded up or just closed. The employee told us she was the only one working. What is happening toburger king?? Read more
Have had a couple of pleasant experiences at this location. One time was just the gal taking my drive thru order was very kind.... But I also just ate inside and had a pleasant experience. Everything was clean and functional, service was friendly and got myorder right. They were nice and busy, the most people I've seen in a fast food dining area since the pandemic. If I can give this a place a 0 I would. Unprofessional to the max. They made us wait 5 minutes at the drive thru and then came... up to the window and was still chit chatting with her coworkers and ignoring us. and she said 20.99 for what?? 2 rodeo burgersand an 8 piece nugget? And I repeated my order and gave me the UGLIEST ATTITUDE and told me I ain?t get no order like that?Excuse me? Then who took our order? Hamburger buns were hard as a rock & fries were not fresh. Called to let them know & they made it right after going back.
The food here is good. The manager went above and beyond to help my children get a toy that they lost just outside of the place... structure. He was super sweet and super helpful. The staff is always kind. Today the staff gave all 3 or my kids free big Icecream cones for helping clean a play structure with them. They are also good with people with special needs. They gave me the wrong order and no receipt when I went to try to return it they did not want to return or had any history of my... order... With the product I got they overcharged me for my order gave me a cheaper meal than what I paid for. Read more
