i didn't realize almost all the dough had eggs? something to keep in mind for vegans/vegetarians! the service was a little... rushed despite no one else in line but otherwise was great! the quote wall was fun to read while waiting for our pizza! Read more
Pretty good selection of fresh toppings and I like that you can choose as many different ones as you want for your pizza. The $$... quickly adds up if you want anything but the thin crust. I also wish that their online menu of signature pizzas was displayed instore for ease of ordering. Read more
My pizza tasted over-baked. Crust was so thin it was like eating a cracker. Soda was flat. Selection of toppings felt scarce... compared to competitors. Considering each item was $11 and $4 respectively, after tip and tax I got too close to spending $20 on"fast food" for just 1 person. I don't look forward to going to another Pieology ever again. I usually enjoy pieology but today was not a good experience. The service was slow and there were no customers when I first went... in..my pizza looked like an oval egg and it was burnt. OK, pizza would rank higher but every time I get a pizza here it tends to get wet when it cools down. Pie starts of crispy, but... about 2/3 the way thru the pie, the crust gets soaking wet. Not sure why. Update: It's the cheese. They use a mozzarella withhigh water content. If you ask for extra cheese, the pizza gets soggy when it cools. Update: It look the using the rightcheese now.
