Ordered jelly filled and one other with coffee. Jelly filled was a bit tough but the cashier helped me out and made it a combo... to save money. Nice that they're open 24 hrs, but hate the obstacle course they made from ropes in the parking lot when there'sno traffic. Read more

I got there on a Sunday morning at 9 am when they bake freshly made doughnuts. I recommend getting a dozen glazed... donuts. Parking was plentiful in their parking lot. The atmosphere was large and clean. The kids could see the doughnuts beingmade through the looking glass. Service was good fast. For drinks I get normal coffee. Read more
Came in at 7 am in the morning. There was no line and they did not seem busy. I waited at he the counter for a while until a... staff acknowledged me. Staff was helpful when I had a question about the filling of the donuts. Donuts are a bit pricy compareto their donut shops, and my donuts came out cold. The cashier did not seem to be very happy as she did not look at me or smileat all. An average donut shop overall, and I will probably not going to go out of my way to come here for donuts. Read more
My husband carried my son and I here through drive thru on Wednesday 21st April 2021 around 7 30pm. We went around this time... because this is the time for hot dognuts it was cold. Cannot advertise hot dognuts at a particular time and it is cold verymisleading. The raspberry filled dognuts was the only one we enjoyed. The maple glazed is sugary omg too much of a weird oilygreasy. aftertaste. Took off the maple glazed the remainder had no taste, just like whitebread. This is my 2nd time trying it.Am good will not be going back. Even my husband who loved it and introduced me into it said is too much sugar. Krispy Kreme youall need to cut back on that. Read more
Donuts taste great. Texture of dough and outlook of serving are high im quality. However the system of the store is not as good... as I thought. I drove 40 minutes (with traffic) from Alhambra to Azusa to buy 2 dozens of donuta. When I arrived, it's not clearif we can do take out by going inaide the store or not. Unlike In-and-out Burger, Krispy drive-through moves very slowly, if nottoo slowly. One car can spend forever time at the checkout counter. They didn't have the Glazed that we wanted. They said theyonly prepared those at certain hours, like 5.30pm. I drove 40 minutes with a hope to get glazed. They are donut stores, soproductions ahould always be kept up because it's only 3pm, especially the original taste that most people will want to buy. So,I ended up buying only 1 dozen of something else. It's really a waste of my time, not worth the trip. Read more
Not sure why but this day which is a Sunday, I did not like the 2 donuts and coffee at this outlet. The dough (glazed donut)... tasted a bit doughy like it was not cooked at high enough temperature. Also the chocolate donut with custard (like a Bostoncreme) had the chocolate that was hard and candied. Maybe they come like this usually and I am not used to them? Also the brewedcoffee (I drink black) was pretty terrible and not so flavorful except for the harshness and bitterness. Sign says the "coffeebean and tea leaf"... Very friendly staff. Liz the manager especially impressed my daughter and me with her thoughtful, friendly, and caring service... even when it was really busy. She even remembered me from a phone call from over a week ago! Read more
