Very small little spot. If you want a drink quick with minimal selections this would be the spot. Parking here is horrible.... Shares parking with every other business and on weekends parking is horrendous. You would be better parking across the streetand running over 4 lanes then trying to park. Prices are up there as well and the Peach Tea was okay. Read more

Great Boba, can customize to have lactose free milk, low sugar etc, but ofc taste is affected. My boba days may be behind me. I... remember loving this stuff back in the day. This time I found myself searching the entire menu for somethinf that wasn't toosweet, didn't have milk or perhaps didn't have caffeine. In the end I compromised on a rose black tea with taro pudding at 25%sugar no ice and with soy milk. Still tasted pretty sweet and banging but definitely not the guilt-free treat it once was forme. This is the original Half and Half and it seems like the best of all similar boba joints named "half and half". Very limited... number of seats inside and some shared outdoor seating. Most people come here to order Togo. Plenty of parking spaces. Veryclean and secure business plaza. It's a family and handicap friendly facility. Read more

Good drink. My top to-go drink is the Ice Milk with Grass Jelly and Pudding. Price is affordable! Nice store also!
