I've been coming here for years and they have great quality food and very good customer service!
The service was very bad the lady that worked there was extremely rude and nasty torwards me I asked if we could sit outside and... she said I can't with a hostile tone. She was judgmental on how I looked and was extremely rude. Service like that has no placelike that here. She should be put out of business and learn how to treat others with respect not to talk down to customers andto treat people with respect and kindness. I would give this restaurant zero Stars my husband and i stood outside for 10 minutes patiently cuz this owner was late 10... minutes to open the door I asked him if he was going to turn the TVs on, Because if so I would prefer to sit outside on thepatio. The guy flew off the handle ANGRY and said TVs are for everybody TVs are for everybody if you don't like it you can leavego you can leave !!! He totally did not understand a word I was saying (English barrier) So my husband and I left. This guy isrude as heck .. .... Man all we were asking for was to sit out on the patio. I have never been treated so rudely. I have been coming to the sushi place for over 16 years. I always tip more than enough... and am always super polite. I don't ever write reviews cause I don't wanna be Karen but I literally cried after I left. Iwalked in and the lady serving looked at me so rudely when I politely asked if I needed a mask. Her response was ", no but youneed to call ahead!!" She said it so rudely toward me even my 7 year old daughter noticed it. I just politely walked out. MaybeI'm being sensitive but it was so rude I couldn't believe it. I will never ever eat here again. After all these years I've beencoming here I never expected to be treated like that. 1 star for food. We ordered tuna sashimi, rolls and kid teriyaki. All dishes were not good. Especially the sashimi. The... waitress was very nice though. The service was slow and that was a slow time. Would not return. Still feeling dreadful forjapanese a few months now. Read more
