I love Taco Bell, however, I?ve had some challenges at this particular location. For a while they would be closed in the middle... of the day sometimes. Also, on 3 separate occasions they messed up the order, which I didn?t catch until I was already home. Totheir credit, however, when I contacted them, they did make an effort to correct the mistake and additionally offered a couponfor free food the next time I came in. It may be that they were temporarily short-staffed, leading to their strange hours andpossibly newly acquired staff contributed to the order mix Ups. I?ll chock it up to that; I certainly haven?t discontinuedvisiting this location as a result of the prior issues I experienced. Went through the drive through and after I ordered the girl asked me to check the screen and see if everything was right. I had... ordered 2 regular soft taco's and a taco supreme with no cheese, and a nacho Belgrade. Everything on the screen was correct butwhen I got home my granddaughters soft taco supreme had cheese. Don't understand why they even asked me if the screen wascorrect , when they still made it wrong.!!!!! Read more
