I have eaten here several times before, today was just a little bit disappointing. Brought a friend here to show him how good... the ambience and meals were, and he was pretty disappointed. My experience at cafe's varies from state to state in my travels. A rare opportunity for me to have work available somewhat... local to home (the greater Sacramento area) has caught my eye searching for a breakfast eatery at Rosie's CountryKitchen. Well, what a treat. The breakfast menu item prices are better than most breakfast spots ranging from $9.99 and up,under $20. I had the least affordable and filling combo (Burger and 3 Egg Combo, comes with Hash Browns or Country Potatoes &Toast) that I can ever find in the area. I really appreciate that. The service: I was (as well as other customers) weretreated so kindly as our wait staff came around all the tables to refill drinks every so often (more often than most resturants)and the food presentation and delivery are great and fast. It looked good and simple and came out within minutes. Everyone canappreciate that. The ambiance is very cozy, with an eclectic collection of decorations ranging from Tea & Coffee utensles,cups, pichers and bowls. Rosei's also has an Indian Food Menu that starts at 3pm daily. (If i have the opportunity, will givethat a try). I give Rosie's Country Kitchen a 5 Stars rating... on everything. Especially keeping in mind, my brothers andsisters in the Military and such as myself and those who have served with a veteran status. They HONOR Military and Veteranswith a discount. Rosie's is everything you would expect of a typical diner. Reasonably priced food and wonderful service. I must say, my glass... was never empty. Everyone at the diner made sure of that! I had the club sandwich and it was delicious. They had a thick sliceof ham with bacon of course that composed the sandwich. The accompanying fry were plenty. I was having a long lunch with afriend, and the staff had no problem allowing us our time. We will be going again! Read more
This place has excellent service (fast)- amazing food (Hot and Fresh)- large portions and is cheaper than any restaurant I have... been to. Most meals are right around $10 and when I say large portions I mean Huge. (3) of us ate there 2 days in a row we likedit so much. They offer Breakfast all day- Spaghetti- Burger's- Chicken sandwiches- Fish entrees- Chicken fried steak- Indianfood (variety)- and several different steaks. Had the pancakes breakfast. They listened to me how I wanted my eggs and recieved them that way. Rosie's had different owners... last time I was in. So will have to try something different to give a better review. Pancakes, bacon and eggs little hard tojudge food quality. Staff very helpful. Looks like it is a family owned restraunt. Read more

Sweet local place on Auburn Blvd. run by a kind family that looks out for all your dining needs. Loyal customers have been... coming here for years. Its not a secret but they are very low-key.
