Food was good/not amazing, but they were running low on fries. So they would deliver burgers with no fries?they shouldn?t be... serving food if they don?t have it. ?Endless fries? is often not a thing. It?s incredibly hard to get service. Every table wasfull but not enough staff, meaning poor management. Don?t seat tables if you don?t have time to serve them. There were aridiculous amount of mistakes that could have been easily prevented with a better leader. Overall, I find this location isunorganized. The one near the galleria is great! Also, when a soda is ordered it comes from the kitchen? So it took 20 minutesto get two sodas when our waitress was just walking around us. Seems pretty pointless. People were friendly, service started off great, but dwindled after food came. A side of ranch was asked for and never brought... to the table (yes was part of the initial order). The fries given to the table before entrees came out were hot and fresh, butcame cold and old with the entrees. They always ask if you want your burger with some pink or no pink. The "some pink" was allpink, so good to know for future orders there. It's been a year or so since I've gone to a Red Robin, and I know it's not aMichelin star restaurant, but this was not the best experience I've had there at a 2 PM on a Saturday. Overall the food was good and the milkshake was delicious. I order this to be delivered and was instantly impressed with how the... order was sealed up. As got the food, the chicken sandwich was good but let?s face it the fries are best right out of thekitchen. We also order a chicken salad that was delicious and a Oreo milkshake with no whip cream. I?d forgotten how good RedRobin was and will need to go back soon. I?m sure it?s all better right out of the kitchen but still a good meal when delivered.But I did miss the endlessly fries. Great burgers for a major chain. The fries are unlimited and awesome. Sadly, they removed the zucchini fries from the menu a... few months ago. The onion rings are great with ranch and their campfire sauce. Lately the servers have been a littlescatterbrained but the food comes out good and the staff is friendly. I have had bad service 3/4 of the times we sat in the bar,so we don't do that anymore. Overall a good restaurant. Read more

So I finally got to try red Robin for Father's day weekend and it was a good. I've been meaning to try this place for a very... long time years have passed and never got around to trying it. I was not blown away by the burger my fries were cold and soggyonly reason im giving a good review is that our server was great, he did a great job to check on us and made sure we got drinksand brought a basket of new fries when I told him my fries were no good. My 2nd time at Red Robin and the food was exceptional. My server was nice, friendly and my order was accurate. However, the... remainder of the staff seemed a little off. Maybe because I got there an hour before they closed on a Sunday night. Whatever thereason, I was quite surprised of the unprofessional attire, lack of hustle and overall friendliness.
