HORRIBLE. These employees have 0 customer service skills. They are rude and lazy. I?m sorry you make no money working at a... pretzel place at the mall but don?t be so miserable that you have to be rude to all the customers!! Fire these employees and getsome new ones!!! I?ve had an issue every time I have came here. I don?t know the girls name but as soon as I find out I?mreporting her to management and to the customer relations department and everyone else. Horrible, they should just close their doors. I have gone there about six times in the last month and they never, I mean never... have anything made.
