Wow, I was amazed on how horrible the pizza was here. This was first time at this location im saddened.

I picked up 2 pizzas 3 weeks ago and decided to get my daughter and son-in-law a $50 gift card. The lady had to go get... additional cards because the first one wouldn?t load. She loaded $50 on another card and I went away happy. My daughter goesto use the card and it is not working. I can?t get a refund on it. Today, I order pizza online and realize I have no car seatso I can?t go get the pizza. I call the location and he says I have to place the order again using a delivery app. This wouldmake it a $40 pizza. Hell no Again, no refund. I will NEVER go to this location again. Read more

I stood there waiting to be greeted and served for 5 minutes. 4 people working and not a single one would help me. When I... finally got the pizza the toppings were all piled in the middle. The cashier kept walking into the back at one point anotherwoman took off her gloves to help me but then the other girl came back so she went back to making pizza and still nobody took myorder. Once I got my order taken the pizza was ready in 2 minutes there was no other customers in the store. Let me begin by saying that 1 star ? is too many stars unfortunately there's no 0 star option. I called this store at 8:39 p.m.... to order a pizza to be picked up (I live less than 7 minutes from this location) the girl that answered the phone said that theywere no longer making pizzas for the night. I asked her what time they close and she said they close at 9:00 p.m. When I askedwhy they wouldn't make me a pizza since it wasn't 9 o'clock yet the girl stated that they want to leave at 9:00 so they don'tmake pizzas after 8:30 p.m. she then rudely told me to have a good night before hanging up on me. I ordered a split topping family size pizza online at 1pm for a 6pm pick up yesterday. When I arrived at around 6:10pm the pizza... was not made and they said there was "no ticket" for it.. I pre-paid for the pizza online and luckily I kept my emailconfirmation to show them. I had to wait longer for my pizza to be made which also made me late to the birthday party I wastaking it to. The pizza was good but it was a big inconvenience that I had to wait for it to be made when I thought it was goingto be ready by 6pm. Most likely won't order from this store again. Read more

I went to this Papa Murphy?s a few weeks ago because it?s pretty good for a take and bake pizza. I ordered online, asked for... stuffed crust, didn?t get the stuffed crust. The pizza was still really good so no complaints. Now my second time going has beenthe worst. I had to wait for my pizza for over half an hour. I did an online order so I wouldn?t have to wait too long. Everyonewas helped before me then I watched as one employee working there washed dishes and texted before ever helping me. All I wanted was a pizza on my birthday. Just a Chicago stuffed to the face with beer and court tv. They close at 9p on the... weekdays. I called to place an order on a Monday at 8:30p. If you've been to Papa Murphy's, you know that's more than enoughnotice for 1 pizza. First girl answered the phone sounded like she was 13 and immediately stated they were not serving pizzasafter she stated the store name. I was frustrated from a previous pizza incident that occurred about 30mins prior to this one soI hung up in frustration. Called back and got Nick and asked what time they closed. Politely he stated 9 BUT they are notserving anymore pizzas tonight. I asked why since they do not close until 9 and he stated it was because they were really busythat day. Uummmm no no no. You cant just turn down a customer and close early because YOU had a busy day. I was amazed he justadmitted it like that. I confronted him on it and asked the managers name and he gave me his and Harmons name without incident.I called and spoke to Harmon and she agreed it was not handled properly and helped me with a 50% off next purchase withoutincident.
