I went there tonight around 6:30pm and the crew that worked was amazing! I just got off a 12 hour shift and I order my hamburger... wrong. They fixed it and were super sweet about it! Terrible service as always at this location. They never make my burgers as requested, barely ever remember to give me my sides... and when I ask for dipping sauce they are always sticky? the staff is always talking to each other rather than working which iswhy our orders are always messed up. It sucks this location is close by me lol I always pray they?ll get it right one day butalways unsatisfied unfortunately. They just need employees who actually like the job. Not many of them left. They totally messed my drive thru order up. And for it threw in my big mac free .which was THE WORSTE BUGER IVE EVER TRIED TO... EAT .IT GAVE THE HAMBUGER BUSNESS A BAD NAME. Alexandria I?m very disappointed in her customer service as a manager after one of her employees left me sitting in the drive... through for five minutes, then taking another persons order as they drove up. I was saying hello the whole time and no answerthen another car gets their order taken as soon as they drive up. UNBELIEVABLE and manger says it?s not a big deal. The drive thru was extremely slow, staff acted like they didn't wanna be there, and my order was wrong. Don't waste you're time... and drive up the street to the next one. Read more
Unfortunately just like most eating establishments these days this McDonald's has let their standards in quality of food... deminish.. it sucks because this store is literally .5 miles from my home and I don't even like going there anymore. I will saythe customer service, although far from great has been improving and the Coke is always on point. Read more

This is a good McDonald's but Cameron, it sounds like you need to tell the employees what you think. Since you go here so often... and it's such a big deal for you. But I really like this McDonald's. They always get my order right. I highly recommend thisplace. Also, my food always taste fresh and it be bussin. They also have really good customer service. Read more
