I am very disappointed in the in person service with two toddlers and a mom asking for a hot latte - they told me that the only... way that they get their lattes hot is putting them to the microwave for a few seconds ??so after that type of comment and beingcompletely ignored and the DoorDash orders being taken care of before a mom and two kids in front of the staff, I asked for mymoney back. Thanks a lot for the garbage food for my dinner. Inedible, overcooked, tiny piece of chicken on my overtoasted dried up... sandwich, It was so bad I didn't want to feed it to my dog. Really. The famous McDonald's fries were cold. Now I have gut issuesafter eating a couple bites. Food poisoning is not a joke. You can do better. DON'T SERVE FOOD THAT YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO EATYOURSELF. I used to come to this location often until a week ago when I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told to pull over and... park so they can bring the food out to me. 30 minutes later, still no food and they came out with a mobile order I had added onafter parking. They brought me the wrong burger and no drink and all I ordered was a Happy meal. Then they brought out myoriginal order and it was missing several items and it was all very cold. I had to go back through the drive-thru line becausetheir dining room was closed which took another 15 minutes. When I explained what happened, I only got a blank stare and had toask for my missing items only to be met with another blank stare. They refunded my money and I went home with cold gross foodthat I should have just left there. I will not be coming back here again. Read more
