Service was fast and food great. The place was very clean. I felt bad for the workers because the ac was not on. Not their fault... and understand if this was a call to action but with extreme heat and food prep, I would say leave on for them and patrons orclose early. Hottest day of the year! Read more

People have no respect for people's food they box or wrap up. You can't go to any fast food anymore and get a good employee.
I used to like this place and recently visited for the first time since the pandemic. The staff before the pandemic were... friendly and the food was fresh. On June 28th 2021 I went to this location and was not greeted in a friendly way by I believewas the shift manager in a black shirt. He seemed annoyed when I presented him with a coupon for a two for the price of one.There was only one person making the food so as you can imagine I waited for a while for the food. When the food came themanager gave me the bag and I said thank you but he didn't even look at me and just walked away. I ordered the ranch chickensandwiches and they were horrible. The oil they used was so old that you could taste it. I will not be returning to thislocation. Just goes to show that some people should not be working with the public. Read more

Great burgers, except they stopped offering their specialty sandwiches. That's a 'shoot yourself in the foot' move. Really miss... the teriyaki burger, was a big reason I went. Now there's nothing "special" about Carl's. Hope corporate changes their strategy. Read more
I previously gave a five star... I came in tonight, 9/20, and ordered a keto burger with cheese, which was beyond greasy, and a... famous star meal with no cheese, large. The woman at drive thru repeated my order exactly as ordered. Drove all the way toRoseville only to find out my burger had nasty cheese on it. It was promptly tossed in the trash. Read more
