I ordered a burger, no mayo. I was asked to pull around to the overflow drive through area. I understand y'all understaffed.... Everyone is. Which is why it was a huge bummer I got a extra mayo burger 30 minutes later, making me late to my shift for 12$.I'm just done with fast food y'all. It ain't the workers fault for being overworked. Used to love A&W for their signature soft serve ice cream. Completely disappointed not only in their customer service and... ability to take a correct order in drive thru today. Also seems A&W has switched out their signature creamy soft serve (to savemoney?) with some sort of grainy textured ice milk, that or I was given a batch gone bad. Ordered 2 hot dogs and when we got home we found no hot dogs but did find an order of fries and an order of mashed potatoes. My... fault for not checking before departing but your fault for an unbelievably messed up order. Your staff really needs to gettheir heads together. Read more
Poor customer service I asked a lady for a price check and she simply said the menu is right in front of u and u can look.... kindly went inside and the manager already had a bad attitude wen I walked in and just started going off before I could evensaid anything the. I asked her how much something was and she tried to say we just got new menus so we don?t knw how much it iswen can clearly look it up on the computer and delete it works experience ever Read more
Just left the drive thru came home and found this! A piece of chicken that appears to have been taken out of the trash!! The... lady ringing my families order up was very rude and rushed us. I don?t want a replaced chicken! I don?t trust that place! Read more
Unfortunately, A&W must be feeling that after-covid can't-get-decent-help. The guy who took my order was really nice. But, the... picture of my mashed potatoes bowl....I mean famous bowl, says it all. Read more
So once I walked in I was greeted right away.. but when I mention I don?t know what I wanted because I?d had never been here.... That?s when the cashier rung me out one my order which was #1 combo. (Dine in) Which is not a complicated order. But I noticedinstead of ask if I wanted a receipt she just threw it out. Then after I got my order which was a to go bag. Then I heard themanager told the customer behind gave him his receipt and a free ice cream shake (which he had kids) and told him she needed asurvey. Which I thought was rude because they didn?t give my receipt. Because I was planning on eating this place for therecleanness and service they provide here it?s obviously they SELECT there customer service. They only got one star because theburger was actually decent. The tables are not clean I had to walk around to find a clean table. Will not personally dine hereagain and because I didn?t get my receipt to do a survey on them. I?ll just leave this here. Read more
