This place needs a good strong mgmt team. Iam so tired of trying to get a pizza at this be place either they won?t come to the... window to take your order or even acknowledge your there. So I try calling one in. Phone busy straight 20 min. Now I know theyhave taken it off the hook. Come on Lil Cezar's get some decent employees and for god sake fix yalls drive up menu or remove it. Not sure why but they don't keep $5 pizza's ready only the $6 ones. They told me the first time I stopped there that I have to... special order them..so last night I called while I was grocery shopping to have them ready and first nobody would answer butfinally someone did and put me on hold for 7 minutes. I just finally hung up and drove over there and bought my kids a $6 dollarpizza and I had a sandwich from home because I didn't feel like waiting that was the whole point of calling in ahead a order.I'm not a big fan of those extra most bestest pizza's they are to greasy for me. This place is absolutely ridiculous, It's a Wednesday afternoon and nobody waiting on pizza. I'm sitting in the drive thru, It's... a good 15 minutes before anyone ever came to the front. Instead of coming to the window the girls there just looked at me andwalked to the back again. I tried calling the number inside. Nobody answered the phone. Two guys finally walked inside and theystill waited good 10 minutes before they were waited on. After waiting on a few more customers that walked in. They finally cameto the window to take my order. Now there is a line behind me. Seriously think they need new management. It is like this everytime we decide we want pizza. Read more
