Went through the drive through got 2 famous bowls kid?s popcorn, an individual Mac and cheese, and fish and shrimp meal for... almost $40. Famous bowls were like a quarter of the way full no popcorn chicken barely in them. The fish and shrimp meal wasvery old and hard as a rock. The food was pitiful, the worst I've ever got from any KFC. The famous bowl was half full and it didn't have any corn in it,... definitely not worth $5.99. The Nashville hot chicken tenders weren't hot, they only drizzled 3 lines of hot sauce across thetop. I could of got the same hotness buying regular tenders and dipping them in hot sauce. The remaining part of the order waswrong. After, I drove all the way back to get them to fix it, the cashier gave me an attitude. Definitely won't be going backthere. Service and food only got worse. We ordered families dinner we got all but our l5 meal well we saw and ended up getting it. I got home and there?s hair all threw... the breading and our frys were all mush. I?ve called to try to get food replaced but I get voicemail every time. Read more

My suggestions are don't allow your school age children to work here! The manager's like to keep kids past their clock out time,... they don't train their employees to company policies and the GM has people deep clean the night before the owner's come in sothe owner's have no idea that their establishment is NOT being run properly!! They were not friendly I had to tell the cashier to smile. They act like they never seen a blk person at all looked scared. ... The food was horrible dry heat lamp old I wasted 8.99 on a 2 piece fish and shrimp platter it came with 2 sides and a drink Ididn?t get my drink and I ask for extra fries for my sides the fried were really chewy and old so was the fish and shrimp. This review is a double back to back visit review. Last sunday, the food was great HOWEVER they forgot ALL of our biscuits. We... didn't feel like going back to get free ones because it's a drive from our house. THIS SUNDAY was one of the WORST visits to ANYrestaurants I've ever had the misfortune of going to. If I didn't have pokemon go, I'd be bored out of my mind because we waitedfor 30 MINUTES on our order which go figure: they didn't know if they had crispy or classic chicken only to forget about us aswe pulled over to wait for our order as nothing was ready on a SUNDAY. When we approached them inside leaving our car pulledover to the side, part of the 30 minute wait was a 10 minute wait inside which we asked. "Can we speak to your manager?"Response: We don't know our manager! ... How do you NOT know your mananger?! We came home and had NO forks etc on top ofeverything else.
