Ordered on the app. When I got my food you could tell the food was cooked in very old grease. Fries, tots, and pop corn... chicken had a very bad after taste and soaked in grease. Everything had a weird color--old grease. Cheeseburger was burned andlook like a hockey puck. There were five people working the night I went. I took the order back and ask for fresh food theyreplace the food with the same nasty oil. I gave the food back and asked for my money back and they told me I had to call an 800number. This is by far the worst ran Sonic I evert visited. They keep all the lights off and the workers have the nastiestattitude. Hire more people and pay them more or just close the business. Read more

I went to get a milkshake because I use to love their milkshake. This time it was more like strawberry milk instead of a... milkshake. The strawberry syrup was settled on the bottom and there was no whipped cream and cherry on top that I always lookforward to. I'm not sure if I will return ???? UPDATE: I was contacted by sonic to say that they would give me a free mediumshake if I was to purchase something 1st. This is TERRIBLE customer service. First Review:Two Stars Yall need to either hire more workers or pay them better. Lately the drive thru has been really slow, or... closed altogether. They've completely blocked off the drive-in area too. I can only imagine how stressed they are. However, Ido have to mention the food presentation was kinda gross lol. There were tater tots, burnt jalapeno poppers and other things inmy fries and my chicken sandwich was covered in char. Second Review, months later: One Star Ordered a cookie dough blast andthe cup wasn't even filled all the way. Yes, I know they put it in a blender. I would rate thus zero if I could. Went the other day to the drive through at 11:30am to get some lunch. No one else in the... parking lot, no one else in the drive through. Checked opening times and the store was open. Sat at the drive through for about5 minutes before just leaving. While driving around I looked in the window and saw the staff just standing there. Terrible experience! The fries tasted old and the meat from our burger tasted even worse. We sat outside to eat and someone who... seemed like the manager was smoking and spitting as we ate. I would rate this Sonic with zero stars if I could. We were the only ones in the drive-thru. The person took our order... promptly. I attempted to order onion rings but they were out of them. I ordered a chophouse burger. When I received it, theburger was not what I ordered. I inquired, the gentleman that came to the window was courteous enough and said, "We're out ofthe onion straws, so we just added the lettuce and tomato. That is a mistake on our part." I then asked for a regularcheeseburger. By this time, we're at the window for a good 15-20 minutes. We pulled ahead so other cars could be serviced. Astaff member brought out the burger. I took a bite and realized the meat was rotten!!!! I'm sure people had gotten sick thatnight. The fries were cold, my lemonade was warm. The milkshake was the only half decent item we received. We spent about $20to throw it in the trash. While the staff were friendly and seemed to do what they could to address the issues we ran into,they clearly do not have the resources needed to run this establishment and provide food that will not get people sick. I will never go here again! I counted my sandwiches before leaving not noticing 2 were cold until I got home. After opening both... the reason they were cold was due to the fact they never put burgers on 2 of my sandwiches. I called customer service and nevergot a call back. This was the icing on the cake. I went here at 9pm place closes at 10pm. I ordered my food and paid on the app, just so the employee can come out to my car and... tell me and my family that they are done making food for the night. They didn't refund me I had to find the number on app to getrefund wait on hold forever and now my $70 will be refunded in 7 to 10 businesses days. Stuff like this I blame on managementbecause it never happens at a Chick-fil-A and they have way more customers. Absolutely trash service. Hot garbage! Read more
