I frequent this location often with no problems- that is until this week on 10/27 order #79 at 4:32 pm when I ordered four... drinks to satisfy my urge and the request from my kids for slushes with popping bubbles!! I got all the way home (a good 15-20min away) and my daughter realized that her drink didn?t have any bubbles in it. (I know Not in the top ten things to make CNNnews but it iI?m what matters to light up a 12 year olds face). With her listening I called the store to inform them that one ofthe drinks in the order was wrong. This is where I think I would have gotten better customer service at MCDonalds. The younggirl never apologized. To go a step further she said there is nothing they could do on their end!! What do u mean nothing youcan do on ur end?! YOU took my money and YOU made the drink incorrectly. She said well we can give u back the $.59 when you comein. I?m not sure who is training these little young girls but standard protocol is to apologize and offer to remake the drink!!On principle I won?t be back to this location. Read more

My first time here and we really enjoyed it. There are so many options to choose from but the menu and staff make it easy to... create a unique and delicious drink. I had an iced honey black tea with oolong jelly and we also ordered an Orea cookie slushythat delicious. The store is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. I love coming here at least once a week. The drinks are so much fun and crazy delicious. The staff are all so nice and sweet!... The seating area has games at the tables and a Foosball table. Very clean and tidy. Read more
