Wow! What happened to this place? Absolutely horrible. Ordered pizza and cheesesteak and was told it would take 55 minutes. Took... an hour and 20. When I called they said they would give me free soda. I said ?okay? and asked for Sierra Mist. When I finallyreceived the food that cost me over $26 for pizza and a sandwich, it was freezing cold! The cheesesteak was so salty anddisgusting I couldn?t eat it. The final kicker was they gave me Mountain Dew! Almost like it was done purposely. Never again.Lost my business for sure! Horrible! I have been ordering from Goodys for the last 15 years it has been my go to pizza place until recently ever since they joined... SLICE app or it?s it new management??? I have yet to get a good order today was the last straw ordered pizza at 7 told it wasout for delivery at 7:50 pizza arrived at 8:20 or so and was cold - they clearly no longer care about their customers and thequality of their food. Went in to order a chicken wrap.... waited about 30 mins for it to be complete. Wrap was all sauce. Couldn't taste any other... ingredients. This was a Thursday at 1pm. I can't imagine what it's like for dinner or on weekends. I'm a bit disappointed. Read more

Food never showed up. Had multiple follow up calls and finally after 2 hours for a 40 minute estimation got told it would get... delivered and we wouldn?t have to pay for it. It is now 9:40 pm almost 3 hours after we ordered. At least we were going to paycash so I don?t have to worry about making sure the card was refunded. Goody's used to be our go-to spot for pizza when they first opened. That tomato basil pie with balsamic vinegar dressing was... top. Though they were pre-made, I loved the tiramisu deserts, and ordering online was easy. Well time has moved on and so hasthe quality and control. The pizza have since lost there taste and presentation. The flavors isn't there anymore. Heck my lastorder of tomato basil pie didn't even have the balsamic on it so that flavoring was definitely missing. My order of tiramisu wascovered in mold, yet was still delivered for me to consume. That tells me keeping an eye on perishable stock is beingoverlooked. So on that note we will be leaving Goody's. I hope they are able to rebound to there previous heyday. Read more
They have really gone downhill in recent years. Tried again tonight. Let me wait an hour before telling me - when I asked - that... they no longer have what ordered. Asked why they let me wait an hour to tell me: "I'm very busy," was the reply. Stay away. Read more
