Kaitlynn was very rude and never put our order in. We sat for 25 minutes and then when I came up to check she looked at me but... didn?t say anything and then appeared to finally put our order in for them to make. I tried to pickup an order for door dash on evening of Sept 5 and the employee would not even look at the several orders sitting... there to be picked up to see if my order was ready. I left and unassigned the order. There were other door dashers there as wellthat were very frustrated. Owner needs to investigate and resolve this issue. My son & I always get lemon pepper boneless wings here & they usually don't disappoint, but this time around, they were fatty &... tough. The cheese fries were great though & the ranch is good enough to drink. Lol Read more

I was visiting Clifton today and the current temp outside is 95 degrees. I was passing Wingstop and wanted to buy a water. The... manager was very rude and told me that tap water would be $3.22 after tax. I understand the cost of the cups. And was willingto.pay something but $3.22 for a glass of tap water??? And an attitude I'm addition? I've spend thousands at Wingstop over theyears. $1 or $2 is reasonable but $3.22, with an attitude? Never again. Make sure to have whoever takes your order repeat your order back to you and check your receipt and keep it, then check your... order before you leave. They almost always mess my order up. I ALWAYS order voodoo fries and I'm always missing either the ranchor the cheese. Just placed and order and I know I ordered voodoo fries. I check my order before leaving and was given lemonpepper fries. The girl told me I did not order voodoo fries. So i asked for my fries to be replaced and that I would pay thedifference. I was charged for a whole order of fries! When asked why she told me it was bc she couldn't just charge for theupgrade. I asked why I had to pay for her mistake and she really argued with me, telling me she knows what I ordered. Lemonpepper and voodoo do not sound the same! I'm in short t vine every Wednesday and order Wingstop at least every week.Unfortunately, I will not be returning after this. *Edit* I did not check my full order before leaving and of course I got thewrong wings ??????????? called to talk to manager and it was the girl who took my order. She said to check my order beforeleaving, (my mistake) and that I did in fact order bone in wings. I promise I did not and of course I wasn't given a receiptand so she told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. DISGUSTING! Couldn?t even finish, idk if maybe it was a bad day for us but it was just gross. My friend got the lemon... pepper(first pic) & they were pretty much naked. The fries were awful. It just wasn?t good. Read more
