Renovated location. The drive through option is adjusted so the pick up window is now actually a pick up door further from the... car. The time to receive your order was a bit lengthy. I recommend the employee break area be shifted from immediately behindthe store to somewhere else less visible to customers in the take out line. Read more
They just remodeled their building which is fine, but however they now have 2 drive thru lanes which always causes problems. I... pull into lane 2 which is completely open up to the speaker, their was a truck over at lane 1 about to order. They let me knowover the speaker, hey take a look at our menu and we will get right back with you. They take the truck over at lane one's orderwhich is fine cause he was there first. He finishes up and drives forward, a suv pulls up behind him and up to the speaker. I'mnext and was waiting for them to take my order, but no, they right away asked the lady in the suv in lane 1 what can we get you?I drove off ticked! Just waited patiently for my turn after the truck for nothing. I don't understand why these restaurants areputting 2 drive thru lanes in?? This has happened to me other times going thru McDonald's. It doesn't speed things up, it causesissues and frustration for us who was there first. It will be a long time before I come back and I live local. Read more
It's fine. It is a white castle after all so what do you really expect. It was filling and overall the food came out at a modest... time. Warning side effects may include diarrhea. They can be a bit rough for some people. Read more
Everytime I go to this white castles they never get it right. I SAY EXTRA OINION and Extra cheese as you can see on the receipt... it says Xtra onions yet there are no onions but maybe 2 on every burger. Will not be going here anymore. Read more

It's been a couple of years since I visited a White Castles so was looking forward to getting a Jalapeno slider. I called to... make sure they still had them & was told they did. The drive-thru was quick and the people are freindly. But sad to say when Igot home my sandwiches weren't what they use to be. I didn't see any sign jalapenos and the meat patties have no taste. I didn'tget my marinara sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks, they were good but dry. I did call and mentioned the issues I had. Theywere nice and offered to replace it. I did enjoy the strawberry shake & onion chips. Read more
Typical White Castle. Had a coupon for Pi day (March 14th) and got a breakfast combo for $3.14. I have to admit, their... breakfast sandwiches made with a real fresh egg is totally different from other fast food restaurants. Read more
