You order online and they tell you when it will be ready. When you get to the register at the appointed time they haven't even... started it. Don't know why can't they be like other places that you can tell them that you are there and then they startcooking. Good forbid you get in traffic, an accident or change your mind. Read more
I've gotten the same order. Several visits in the last 3 weeks,.. on the way to work.. four sliders extra pickle, ketchup and... salt in the bag please ,.. and not one out of four visits. I had ordered on the app and chose to pay at castle. They gave me fruit punch (which was fine)when I had asked for a smoothie... that they advertised. When I told the woman she informed they didn't serve it. When I told them my order was all wrong andoffered to show them what I had on the app they said that's not what they had on their end. I feel bad because it's like theydidn't even care. I almost never leave a review, but this isn't the first time. Read more
2am last night and I saw that line that told me they were open late again. I ordered three different sandwiches and onion rings... with a drink. Everything came out correct, fairly quickly and lady at the window was quite pleasant. Good job White Castles! Read more
Slowest drive-thru around. No customers inside, 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. Waited at the mic for 5min before they... even took my order. Took another 16 minutes to get to the window, and then another 7 minutes to take my payment and hand over mysmall order. Read more
First of all, I feel so awful for the guy who was working at the window. He seemed so stressed out. Poor guy. He did sort of... mess everything up though. The people here are super nice, hence me giving any stars, but I am being genuine here, this is themost hilarious fast food service we’ve ever had. We drove off laughing. Never had so many things go so wrong before or had somany people ask us to back out of the drive thru so they could leave because it took so long too. They messed just abouteverything possible to mess up. I don’t know kinda crazy stuff is goin on in there but hey, at least we drove off with like,four extra meals…I mean, none of them were correct but it was free food! The workers were so hilarious though that it almostmade the whole experience worth it. Crazy. Read more
