Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a 20 clutch with cheese no onion no pickles, a sack of chicken rings and a sack of... cheese sticks. Get home the burgers are covered in onions, even on the outside of the buns! chicken rings are hard and thecheese sticks were hollow, because they were over cooked and all of the cheese ran out in the bag!!! Pathetic!! $38 worth offood!! We will not be going back. I called to complain, their phone goes to a voicemail message, stating that no one isavailable to answer!!! Read more
This location I have to admit is great. The service I received was super and fast. Everything I ordered was correct and hot. The... restaurant itself is always clean and well stocked with condiments, napkins, etc. The drive thru was a bit slow whenever I wentthru but I was explained the problem, which other places don't do that no acknowledgements what so ever, but here theyacknowledge you definitely. I'm a door dasher. I go in and say I'm picking up an order, they tell me they are working on it. So I take a seat to wait. In... the whole 25 minutes I was waiting while it was slow and fully staffed keep in mind I saw them serve other people and wereplaying around, calling people and making themselves food. This place is yummy once in a while, but the one at this location is nasty needs to be cleaned up. The boss lady refuses to... allow you to use the review coupon thingys so I just saved them for a better White Castle in Batavia. Meh. Read more
