It took a little longer than normal to get my frosty but the cashier/server was amazing!!!!!!!! Sweet, kind and friendly!!!
This place is the worst! The manager needs to take the time and clean himself up before going to work and his attitude mirrors... his appearance! Fix your printer so that when a customer pays with a credit card they know you're not stealing from them by overcharging! Stop with the excuses and be more responsible and respectful! Stop cooking the food long before you should only toserve cold disgusting food! These are challenging times for employers, I should know, I am one too, don't take it out on yourcustomers! Maybe it's time for you to take a good look in the mirror, maybe a good time for a fresh set of eyes to turn thatlocation around. Stayed in drive through for a few minutes then politely said "Hello" No one answered, the car behind me yelled "Are they closed... early again?" I didn't know so I pulled up to the window only to find two people leaning over the counter joking and laughingloud. Then an older gentleman finally came to the window and said "you need something!?" I was going to cancel anyway afterseeing how unsanitary he and the rest of the crew was but he said they are closed. It WAS BARELY A LITTLE AFTER 7pm on aSaturday night! There was no sign on the drive through, the windows or anywhere stating they were closed. I was apprehensiveabout eating here because I have heard the stories but it was a while ago and I thought surely the same crew can't be there.Apparently some things never change. This place needs to be re-staffed and just start all over again with people who want towork and have a pleasant attitude and attire. Read more

What?s the point of me having to repeat myself 3 times when I ask for no onions and no mayo and they end up putting mayo and... onions on a sandwich that doesn?t come with mayo as an ingredient. And some how every time I?m at that particular location it?salways Ohh im sorry thé frosty mashing is broke no matter what time of the day it is. Every time I have ordered from this location, I don't receive the correct items nor do I receive everything that goes with a... certain item, like for instance, I just received a spoon for my baked potato with no butter and sour cream as requested. Plus Ialways have to wait ungodly amount of time for some food. Having to wait a little longer is understandable, but the fact that Iam missing items and everything is not correct is the issue. Take a little bit more time and check to make sure that the orderis right and that all items requested are with the order please. Read more
Drive thru is atrocious. Girl was talking on cell phone half the time. Gave me attitude when asked for the straw she never gave... to me. Save money and go elsewhere. I spent around $9 and look at the food. Nothing was on top of the sandwich in picture, itcame smooshed like that. So bad service and bad food. They winning and losing. Read more
Was sitting in drive thru for five minutes. No one waited on me so I drove around too drive thru window. The manager said I had... to drive back around to the speaker to place my order. She said the reason I waited so long was because they were short onemployees. Instead of going back around to the drive thru speaker I left. They were very unprofessional. Read more
