Took 30 minutes to get our food, were very rude and even outright lied to our face. In the end the fries were cold and sad.

They took for ever to take my order in the drive thru. I explained I had 2 separate orders and took 1 then didnt come back on... the speaker for like 3 mins and asked if I've been helped. Every time I come here, the drive thru wait is extremely long. The order is never correct, and food is always missing from the... bag. Tonight they made me wait for "fresh" fries and spicy nuggets that were still cold, they forgot a burger out of one of thebags and when I went back to get it, it was cold!!!! The service was very poor, the food was even worse and the employees did not seem to care about anything and especially had a... very low self-esteem when it came to customer service. I don't believe they ever had training and customer service and I wouldnot recommend anyone to go there for anything, I ended up throwing my food away because I didn't want them to redo the order asit would probably be the same.
